    Druerne til denne Granit Chenin Blanc kommer fra 2 parceller med over 39 år gamle, buskformede vinstokke der vokser i Paardebergs tørre jord af nedbrudt granit. Druerne fra disse parceller giver vine med en fantastisk flot syre samt en elegant flintet mineralitet. Vinen gæres med naturlig vildgær på egetræsfade og lagres herefter 12 måneder på bærmen. Vinen aftappes ufiltreret. Granite Chenin blanc har en fantastisk flot naturlig syre der giver perfekt modspil til vinens struktur og cremede mundfylde. Flintet mineralitet går igen i duft og smag sammen med noter af æble, kvæde, hvid fersken og let vanilje krydderi.

    The 2017 Granite Chenin Blanc has a floral nose with hints of mineral, citrus peel and touches of oak. The medium to full-bodied palate is softly spicy with an elegant texture and pure expression, finishing long. This is an impressive wine, bravo! It was made using native yeasts and minimal sulfur. 2019-2032.
