    What a fragrant nose this has! Effusive Amalfi lemon and ripe yellow grapefruit aromas. Concentrated and beautifully balanced, this really stands out due to the finesse and polish on the generous palate. Long, silky finish in spite of healthy acidity. From biodynamically grown grapes.

    From up to 44-year-old vines in the estate's 7.55-hectare monopole, the 2021 Gaisböhl G.C. opens with a pure, fresh, intense, slightly reductive, lemon-scented nose of ripe fruit aromas and flinty notes. Saline, fresh and tensioned on the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich and and substantial, vital and tensioned Riesling with a dense, saline and savory finish that reveals great aging potential. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork.

Gaisböhl Riesling G.C. byder på en generøs bouquet af stikkelsbær, pære og citrus. Smagen er stor, tør og uhyre kraftfuld, og man mærker virkelig druernes perfekte modenhed. I den ekstremt lange eftersmag åbenbares noter af eksotisk frugt efterfulgt af en betydelig mineralitet, som givetvis kun vil øges i takt med at vinen modnes. En af Tysklands bedste tørre Riesling-vine.
