    Goldbächel er en top-mark i Wachenheim på kun 4,3 ha hvoraf Bürklin-Wolf ejer 3ha. Den sydvendt skråning sikrer optimal soleksponering og opvarmning af den gule og røde sandstens grusjord. Riesling druerne herfra giver en intens, blomsteragtig aroma. En vin med stor harmonisk frugt og saftig, frisk syre samt elegante, subtile mineralske undertoner.

Stacks of ripe pear fruit on the concentrated palate. Long, salty but gentle finish thanks to the almost soft acidity. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold.

    The 2023 Riesling Wachenheim Goldbächel P.C. is from two parcels on Triassic sandstone, one with great water availability and the other drier, vinified separately. A lovely hint of wood creaminess on the nose moves onto a beautifully zesty yet creamy palate that is alive and so bright yet beautifully approachable with that creamy, smooth vibe of fresh, wet hazelnut. It is elegant and charming, with more zest on the finish. (Bone-dry)
