In the first moment this full-bodied and crisp sauvignon blanc is quite funky, but let it get some air and tons of flint and candied citrus-peel character with notes of dried sage and licorice emerge. Stunning concentration on the highly structured palate, where the stony minerality is super-intense, as well as in the bold and long finish. From organically grown grapes. Unfiltered. Drinkable now, but best from 2025. Glass stopper.

Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, a hint of bell peppers, delicate cassis and herbs, inviting savouriness. Taut, tightly woven, white apple, racy acidity, very lively and animating, white nougat in the aftertaste, a full-bodied food companion, salty lime seaweed in the finish.
